All our parts are disinfected at the time of packaging and sealing. However, we recommend disinfecting the packaging when receiving your order.

For the workshop withdrawal method, we willcontact you when your order is ready to be picked up.

For shipments payable, they are preferably made through Starken. If the contingency requires it, it will be sent in prepaid mode by Chilexpressor Correos de Chile. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number. With it you can check the status of your shipment. We will also inform you of the amount that you must cancel to the courier when receiving the order.

For shipments by Chilexpress prepaid next to the order,we will send you shipping details and tracking code once dispatched. so that you can check the status of your shipment at all times.

Both unpaid shipments and prepaid dispatches consider 2 to 3 business days of preparation and processing to be delivered to the dispatcher. We will inform you in a timely manner.

If your order cannot be dispatched within 15 business days, you can request the refund of your money.

Returns and refunds:

Products may be returned within 10 business days of purchase. The responsibility for return is the customer’s responsibility. The refund of the money will be against the returned product received along with its respective sales ballot, sent next to it.

The customer must send at his/her expense the packaged product, without internal movement, in its packaging and original conditions, with an additional one if required.

The sales ballot is the only document valid for the reintegration of money to the client, which will be made solely and exclusively to the source account of the funds received after the review of the returned product has been approved.
